Steer the auger spout left or right to match the bin fill hole, eliminating constant repositioning and save serious time.
This innovative hydraulic system drastically improves the maneuverability of pull-type augers and conveyors. Auger-Steer allows left-right sway of the auger spout, reducing the need to reposition your auger constantly making tight bins, corners, and sheds easy to navigate.
The steering knuckle attaches directly between your existing spindle/wheel hub assembly and the auger frame. Everything else bolts to the frame. No fabrication. No guesswork.
Kit includes: steering knuckle, hydraulic cylinder, safety valve, all hoses, and tractor-matched couplings. Everything to complete the install.
The steering knuckle comes pre-welded to a square tubing section that bolts to your existing auger frame. New spindles and wheel hubs are included to match your tire rims.
Kit includes: steering knuckle, new spindles and wheel hubs, hydraulic cylinder, safety valve, all hoses, and tractor-matched couplings.
Quickly line up the auger spout with bin openings no guesswork required.
Improves precision when reversing into tight storage spaces.
Adjust the spout without moving the entire auger body.
Control lateral movement with ease right from where you sit.
Prevents unexpected movement and keeps your equipment protected.
Makes auger maneuvering in the tightest of bin yards possible.
“Sells great products such as scales for grain carts and other applications and auger steer for easy maneuverability around the farm yard with large augers.”
Watch how easily you can maneuver even the longest augers into tight spaces. Real farmers. Real results.
It's a hydraulic steering system that lets you aim a pull-type auger's wheels left or right from the tractor seat, so you can line the spout up with the bin fill hole or thread through tight yard spaces without repositioning the whole auger.
A steering knuckle mounts to the auger's wheel hub and is actuated by a hydraulic cylinder run off your tractor. A built-in safety valve locks the wheels straight whenever the hydraulic hoses are disconnected, so the auger can't drift while parked or in transport.
Auger-Steer fits most pull-type augers. For larger augers running walking axles, our Quad-Steer version adds steering to dual wheels for extra stability on uneven ground.
The bolt-on kit uses a removable spindle and wheel hub assembly, needs no fabrication, and typically installs in under an hour. The welded version replaces the spindle and wheel hub permanently and takes about 2–3 hours to install.
Each kit includes the steering knuckle, hydraulic cylinder, hoses, couplings, and the safety lock valve—everything needed to get the system running on your auger.
